Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this website, our web server automatically receives your IP address and browser type as part of standard HTTP requests. We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or social media tracking pixels.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics platform. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. We do not collect data from social media integrations. Our fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font services.

We use the information you provide through our contact form to:

• Manage our client relationships

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

CRM Sync

Contact form submissions are automatically copied from this website's database to our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, where Brittany manages ongoing client relationships. This transfer happens on a recurring schedule and is internal to the same business. Data is retained in the CRM until you request deletion or the relationship is no longer active.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your contact form submissions are stored in a database on our secure server. All connections to this website are encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Access to your data is limited to Brittany Monroe and authorized personnel at Tropic Shores Realty.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

This website uses a limited number of third-party services:

YouTube (Google)

We embed property video tours from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Videos are only loaded after you provide consent via our cookie banner. When you choose to load videos, data is transmitted to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

OpenStreetMap

Our community map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. This exposes your IP address to OpenStreetMap's tile servers but does not set any cookies. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy for details.

Email Service Provider (Gmail)

When you submit a contact form, we send a notification email to Brittany using Google's Gmail SMTP service. As part of that email, the contents of your submission — including your name, email, phone, message, and any property details you provided — are transmitted to Gmail's servers so that Brittany can read your inquiry. Google's handling of email content is governed by its Privacy Policy.

No Tracking Services

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking services. The third-party services described above (YouTube for video embeds, OpenStreetMap for map tiles, Gmail for sending Brittany a notification email) are the complete list.

5. SMS and Phone Messaging

If you provide a phone number on the contact form and check the consent box, you are giving Brittany Monroe and Tropic Shores Realty your prior express written consent to contact you by telephone call and/or SMS text message at that number regarding your real estate inquiry, including by automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service from us.

Message types and frequency

Messages are sent only by Brittany personally and only in connection with your real estate inquiry — for example, scheduling a call, sharing a property link, or following up on a question you asked. We do not send marketing blasts. Frequency varies with your inquiry; most clients receive only a handful of messages over the course of working with Brittany.

Opting out

You may revoke your consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS contact, or email monroeb2005@gmail.com to revoke consent in writing. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This website uses minimal cookies and browser storage. We use one strictly necessary cookie for form security (CSRF protection) and one local storage entry to remember your media consent preference.
